Insight Maintenance

In the workshop we are making complete repairs and maintenance for different
models of the outboard engines

1- Checking and replacing Engine oil

Use Marine Specific Products

Always use marine - grade oils and filters designed for outboard engines to ensure optimal performance and protection.

Record Maintenance

For each engine model, keep detailed records of all maintenance work, including oil changes.

Regular Intervals

Follow the manufacturer's recommended intervals for oil changes and other maintenance tasks to prevent engine damage and ensure longevity.

2- Replacing the Oil filter

Check for Leaks

After replacing the oil and filter, inspect the area around the oil filter and drain plug for any signs of leaks.

Record the Maintenance

Keep a detailed log of the oil change and filter replacement, noting the date, engine hours, and any observations.
This helps track maintenance schedules and ensure timely service.

Regular Maintenance

Follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule for oil and filter changes to keep the outboard engine running smoothly and efficiently.

3- Checking and cleaning and replacing of Fuel filter

Follow Manufacturer Recommendations

Always refer to the engine’s manual for specific instructions regarding the type and maintenance schedule of the fuel filter.

Regular Maintenance:

Check and clean or replace the fuel filter regularly as part of your routine maintenance schedule to ensure optimal engine performance.

Use Quality Parts

Always use high - quality, marine - grade fuel filters for outboard engines to ensure reliability and performance.

Dispose of Properly

Dispose of old fuel filters and any contaminated fuel properly according to local regulations.

4- Testing and cleaning fuel injectors With the most modern tools

Professional Fuel Injector Testing

Flow Testing Use a high - precision flow bench (e.g., ASNU Classic GDI) to measure the fuel delivery rate and ensure injectors meet OEM specifications.
Data is recorded and analyzed using integrated software.

Advanced Cleaning Techniques

Ultrasonic Cleaning Utilize industrial ultrasonic cleaners that pulse injectors during cleaning to remove internal deposits.
This method ensures thorough cleaning without disassembly.

Post Cleaning Certification and Calibration

Final Testing and Certification Re test cleaned injectors on the flow bench and provide documented results to customers, certifying their performance.

5- Disassembling of spark plugs for testing, checking and replacing if necessary

Regular Maintenance

Check and replace spark plugs as part of your regular maintenance schedule.
Refer to the engine manual for recommended intervals.

Keep Records

Maintain a log of spark plug maintenance, noting the date, engine hours, and any observations.
This helps track maintenance history and anticipate future needs.

Use Quality Parts

Always use high - quality spark plugs that meet the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure optimal performance.
